Part one contains information about depression that carers should know whilst part two is about communication. In each spread there is one page for the carers and one side for the depressed person. The book comes with a set of communication cards – to make the act of communication a more physical interaction, these are colour-coded- red for the person suffering from depression and green for the carer.
My project is a book for people who are diagnosed with depression and their carers to read together and improve their communication. The book aims to inform and help the audience to communicate with each other and is divided into two parts.
